How does it work?

Once you make your first rent payment using an eligible payment method, you’ll receive an email inviting you to opt in to the rewards program. If you don’t receive the email after two weeks, please contact your property manager.
 

Please note: If you change your payment method from a qualifying one to a non-qualifying method, you will be unenrolled from the Tenant Rewards Program.
